• A 50% nonrefundable retainer is required to reserve dates. Full payment due before service for new clients; existing clients must pay within 24 hours after service.
   
• Cancellations require 2 weeks’ notice for pet sitting, 48 hours for walks/drop-ins to avoid full charges.
   
• Pet owners are responsible for any damages their dog causes.

• Owners confirm their pet is in good health and have disclosed any prior illnesses or medications required.
   
• Photos/videos of pets may be used for marketing.
   
• Provider may use household restroom; clients disclose any cameras.
   
• Parking provided or reimbursed if needed; house access arranged in advance.
   
• Drop-in times may be adjusted for fuel-efficient routing but kept within 1 hour of requested times. Communication will be given for significant changes.
